Driver Education 2025

Driver education sign up sheets are available in the forms section of the website. Enrollment will be limited to the first 14 students enrolled and paid. There are NO MAKEUP days for classroom DE. Students MUST be present for all five classroom days. Once enrollment is filled, a driving schedule will be created and given to the students.  Students must meet the following requirements to sign up.

1.Complete grade 9.
2.Student must have current permit. (photocopy before driving portion)
3.Pay $150 fee to office before classroom.
4.Complete Medical form before classroom. (Available Here under 2025 Dr Ed Letter and 2025 Dr Ed Surrey Medical Release)

Sign up deadline is April 21, 2025 and sheets can be turned in to Mr. Mack.
Payment for class can be turned into the office.
